This site publishes two free email newsletters, The Signal Stream and AI for Everyday Business. It collects as little as it can.
For a newsletter subscription: the email address you submit, which newsletter you chose, and the time you subscribed. That is the whole record. The signup form also carries a hidden anti-spam field; if it is filled the submission is discarded and nothing is stored.
We do not run advertising trackers, session replay, or third-party analytics on this site. There are no cookies for tracking and nothing here profiles you across other sites. Every page is served with no third-party request at all: no font host, no CDN, no script vendor.
Email delivery is handled by Resend, which needs your address to send the newsletter you asked for. Our hosting provider carries the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone else, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for.
You can unsubscribe from any email with the one-click link in its footer, which takes effect without asking you to log in or to explain yourself. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it by writing to support@my-aibrain.com. Unsubscribing and deleting are the same operation here: once you are off the list, the address is gone.
We keep an address while you are subscribed and remove it when you unsubscribe or ask us to. A minimal suppression record may be kept so that an unsubscribed address is not silently re-added later.
These newsletters are written for working adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has subscribed, write to us and we will remove the address.
