These newsletters quote and summarise third-party material for comment and review. If you hold a right in something published here and believe it has been used wrongly, tell us and we will look at it promptly.

How to send a notice

Email support@my-aibrain.com with the subject line "Takedown notice", and include:

• the exact edition (its URL or the date it was sent) and the passage or item you are writing about;
• what right you hold and why you believe the use infringes it;
• your name, a reply address, and a statement that the information you give is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

We will acknowledge a complete notice, remove or correct the material if the notice is sound, and tell you what we did. Where a correction is the right answer we prefer it to a removal, and we will say so rather than remove silently.

Counter-notice

If material of yours was removed and you believe that was wrong, write to the same address and say why. We will restore it where the law requires.

Designated agent

A designated agent registration with the US Copyright Office is a separate step and is pending a decision by the operator. Until it is filed, notices to the address above reach the same person and are handled the same way.
